📦 Item Condition  
Returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, and undamaged. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

🚚 Return Shipping  
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part.

💰 Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund for the item (excluding original shipping fees). Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

All items are handmade and shipped from Colorado Springs, Colorado (USA).

📦 Processing Time  
• Ready-to-ship items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.  
• Made-to-order items may take 1 extra day for crafting and care before shipping.  
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your item has been shipped.

📬 Shipping Method  
We use USPS First Class or Priority Mail for all domestic orders. Tracking is included.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

🌍 Currently we only ship within the United States.
